Vintage? Carousel 25 Cent Candy Nut Gumball Dispenser Machine

Great condition 25 cent candy dispenser. I'm not sure if this is a vintage machine or a more modern one. It doesn't look to have ever been used. It measures 10.5" tall x 4.75" wide x 6.25" front to back including the part that the candy comes out. The glass has no chips or cracks, just some swirling patterns from when it was made and sticker residue. The base and crank are metal. This does not come with the key.
